Nikki is an unapologetic advocate for black women and girls and has worked for many years in support of collective advancement in her sister circles. She developed a University of South Florida graduate school video project that captured a discussion on the impact of race on the lives of three black women from different generations born in St. Petersburg, FL.

About Nikki
Nikki is a change agent who enjoys working on a professional and personal level to have a positive impact on families in our community. Her experience includes a background in banking, as an entrepreneur, a non-profit executive and government official at the federal and local levels. Even when working for an organization she acts as an entrepreneur who approaches her goals with creativity and innovation.
